Couscous with Radishes, Orange Peel, and Thyme
- In a medium saucepan combine the water and 1/2 teaspoon of the salt; bring to boiling. Stir in couscous. Remove from heat. Cover; let stand for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork.
- Add sliced radishes, orange peel, orange juice, oil, thyme, and the remaining 1/2 teaspoon salt. Gently stir to combine.
