Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place broccoli in a colander and run cold water over broccoli to separate. Drain well. In a medium bowl combine egg, corn, crushed crackers, and pepper. Stir in broccoli.
Divide broccoli mixture among six ungreased 6-ounce baking dishes. Top with cheese. In a small bowl combine crushed potato chips and melted butter; sprinkle over broccoli mixture.
Place baking dishes in a shallow baking pan. Bake, uncovered, about 35 minutes or until heated through.
