In a small saucepan combine chocolate pieces, peanut butter, and butter. Heat and stir over medium-low heat until melted and smooth. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla. Pour chocolate mixture over cereal mixture; toss gently to coat. Place powdered sugar in a very large resealable plastic bag. Add cereal mixture; seal bag and shake to coat. Spread cereal mixture in an even layer on a sheet of waxed paper. Let stand about 1 hour or until set. In a very large bowl combine cereal mixture, mango, pineapple, cranberries, and raisins.
