Dip outer rims of cones into remaining melted chocolate, about 1/2-inch deep. Allow excess to drip back into the bowl. If desired, dip cone rims into nuts. Place on a wax paper-lined baking sheet and freeze about 15 minutes or until chocolate is set. Spoon a very small scoop of ice cream into each cone. Pour hot espresso over each ice cream scoop and serve immediately.
