Directions

  1. In a medium bowl combine first three ingredients (through green onions). For dressing, in a small bowl stir together next four ingredients (through salt). Pour dressing over chicken mixture; toss gently to coat.
  2. Cover and chill 1 to 4 hours. If desired, serve on tortillas and top with red onion, chili powder, and/or additional cilantro.
