Directions

  1. Chop romaine, arugula, tomatoes, sweet pepper, and onion into 3/4-inch pieces. Combine in a very large bowl with cheese, beans, salami (if desired), and olives; set aside.
  2. In a small bowl whisk together oil, vinegar, mustard, salt, and black pepper. Add to greens mixture; toss to coat.
