Serve this orange liqueur flavored chocolate ice cream dessert as a summer finale. Top with fresh raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, and/or strawberries. For flavor and color options, substitute lemon or pineapple sorbet for the strawberry or raspberry sorbet.

  • Line a 2-quart bowl with plastic wrap. Press sorbet on bottom and two-thirds up the sides of the bowl to form a shell. Cover and freeze at least 1 hour.
