In a medium heavy saucepan cook and stir candy coating, chocolate pieces, and peanut butter over medium-low heat until mixture is melted and smooth. Remove from heat. In a large bowl combine marshmallows and peanuts. Pour chocolate mixture over marshmallow mixture, stirring to coat. Drop mixture by heaping tablespoons onto the prepared cookie sheets. If desired, sprinkle with additional chopped honey-roasted peanuts. Chill about 1 hour or until set. To Store: Layer candy clusters between sheets of waxed paper in an airtight container; cover. Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
