On a very lightly floured surface place puff pastry. Roll to 9x12-inch rectangle. With a sharp knife cut into 12 squares (3x3-inches). Place about 1 teaspoon chocolate-hazelnut spread in the center of each piece of puff pastry. Sprinkle with hazelnuts. Fold in half diagonally to form a triangle. Brush edges with egg mixture and press to seal. Arrange turnovers in a single layer in fryer basket. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes or until well browned. Repeat with any remaining turnovers. Cool turnovers on a rack. Dust with powdered sugar to serve.
