Chocolate-Dipped Fruit

Directions

  1. In a small saucepan cook and stir chocolate and coconut oil over low heat until melted and smooth.
  2. Dip fruit into melted chocolate, allowing excess to drip off. Place on waxed paper or a cooling rack and let stand 1 hour or until set.
