Directions

The day before:

  1. In a small saucepan cook and stir chocolate over low heat just until melted. Remove from heat; cool.
  2. In a medium bowl beat cream cheese with an electric mixer on low speed until smooth. Gradually add sour cream, beating until combined. Add sugar and vanilla; beat just until combined. Stir in melted chocolate and 3 tablespoons milk (mixture may fleck slightly). Transfer to a storage container; cover and chill overnight.

Tailgate day:

  1. If dip has thickened during chilling, stir in enough additional milk (1 to 2 tablespoons) to make a mixture of dipping consistency. Tote dip and fruit dippers in an insulated cooler with ice packs. Serve dip with fruit.
