Directions

  1. In a small heavy saucepan cook and stir chocolate over low heat until melted and smooth. Remove from heat. Dip the rims of 1-ounce miniature martini glasses or shot glasses into melted chocolate, then into crushed cookies. Chill until ready to serve.
  2. In a blender combine ice cream, Irish cream liqueur, creme de cacao, and vodka. Cover and blend until smooth.
  3. If desired, drizzle insides of the prepared glasses with chocolate syrup. Pour ice cream mixture into glasses. Serve immediately.
