Chipotle Cheese Fondue
- In a 4- to 5-quart slow cooker combine broth, whipping cream, wine, and garlic. Cover and cook on low-heat setting for 4 to 5 hours.
- Meanwhile, in a medium bowl stir together butter and flour until a paste forms. Stir into broth mixture until combined. Cover and cook about 30 minutes more or until slightly thickened.
- Whisk chipotle peppers into broth mixture. Gradually whisk in both cheeses until smooth. Serve with dippers.
