Spray a large baking sheet with nonstick coating; set aside. In a large plastic bag combine sesame seeds, flour, salt, and red pepper. Rinse the chicken; pat dry. Dip chicken in teriyaki sauce. Add chicken to the mixture in the plastic bag; close bag. Shake bag to coat chicken.
Place chicken, bone side down, on prepared baking sheet. Drizzle melted margarine or butter over chicken.
Bake in a 400 degree F oven about 45 minutes or until chicken is tender and no longer pink. Makes 4 servings.
