  • In a small saucepan melt butter or margarine; stir in lemon juice, herb, garlic, salt, and pepper. Brush evenly onto meat or fish. Brush occasionally with remaining herb mixture during the first half of grilling. Discard remaining brush-on. Makes enough for 3 pounds of meat or fish.
