Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. In a small bowl, stir together hoisin sauce, five-spice powder, and enough orange juice (1 to 2 tablespoons) to make a mixture for brushing. Place chicken on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Brush about half of the hoisin mixture over entire whole chicken.
Bake chicken, uncovered, for 15 to 18 minutes or until heated through and glazed. Stir 1 to 2 tablespoons additional orange juice into remaining hoisin sauce mixture until it is easy to drizzle. Place the mixture in a small saucepan; heat through.
Remove seasoning packet from ramen noodles; discard or reserve packet for another use. Cook and drain noodles according to package directions.
To serve, carve chicken. Divide some of the chicken slices and ramen noodles among four dinner plates. Spoon half of the sauce over each serving; pass remaining sauce. Makes 4 servings.
