In a plastic bag combine flour, salt, and pepper. Add chicken, shaking to coat.
In a large skillet cook chicken in hot oil over medium heat for 12 to 15 minutes or until chicken is tender and no longer pink, turning once. Transfer chicken to a serving platter; cover and keep warm.
Add garlic to skillet. Cook and stir for 1 minute. Add broth, vinegar, and honey. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes. Stir in broccoli. Return to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, covered, for 5 to 8 minutes more or until broccoli is tender. Stir in pecans. Spoon the broccoli mixture over chicken. Makes 4 servings.
