Directions

  1. Lightly coat a large skillet with cooking spray. Heat over medium heat. Cook chicken in hot skillet until brown.
  2. In a 4- to 5-quart slow cooker combine chicken, carrot, and rinsed and drained wild rice. Pour broth over all. Stir in soup and water.
  3. Cover and cook on low-heat setting for 7 to 8 hours or on high-heat setting for 3-1/2 to 4 hours. Ladle soup into bowls. Makes 6 main-dish servings (10-1/2 cups).
