Chicken Tagine

Directions

  1. In a 6-quart slow cooker combine chicken, carrots, onions, raisins, and dried apricots.
  2. In a medium bowl whisk together broth, flour, tomato paste, lemon juice, cumin, ginger, garlic salt, cinnamon, and pepper. Pour over mixture in cooker.
  3. Cover and cook on low-heat setting for 8 hours or on high-heat setting for 5 hours. Serve chicken mixture over hot cooked couscous.
