For sauce, in a medium bowl combine first seven ingredients (through salt). Remove 1/4 cup of the sauce. Add chicken to remaining sauce, turning to coat. In a 15x10-inch baking pan combine sweet peppers and onion. Drizzle with reserved 1/4 cup sauce. Top with chicken.
