Chicken Fajitas in a Flash

Directions

  1. Preheat broiler. For sauce, in a medium bowl combine first seven ingredients (through salt). Remove 1/4 cup of the sauce. Add chicken to remaining sauce, turning to coat.
  2. In a 15x10-inch baking pan combine sweet peppers and onion. Drizzle with reserved 1/4 cup sauce. Top with chicken.
  3. Broil 4 to 5 inches from heat 15 to 18 minutes or until chicken is done (165 degrees F) and vegetables are charred, turning chicken once.
  4. Slice chicken. Serve chicken and vegetables in tortillas with toppings.
