  • Preheat broiler. For sauce, in a medium bowl combine first seven ingredients (through salt). Remove 1/4 cup of the sauce. Add chicken to remaining sauce, turning to coat.

  • In a 15x10-inch baking pan combine sweet peppers and onion. Drizzle with reserved 1/4 cup sauce. Top with chicken.

  • Broil 4 to 5 inches from heat 15 to 18 minutes or until chicken is done (165°F) and vegetables are charred, turning chicken once.

  • Slice chicken. Serve chicken and vegetables in tortillas with toppings.
