Chicken Avocado Scoops
- Boil chicken breasts for 6 minutes or until done. Let chicken cool and shred.
- Slice avocados in half and remove pits. Scoop out avocado from the skin and dice. Set aside the 8 avocado half shells.
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, avocado, onion, shallots, garlic powder, mayo, salsa, salt and pepper.
- Scoop salad mixture into avocado shells and top with TOSTITOS All Natural Salsa.
