Cherry-Pistachio Stacks

Directions

  1. Line two large cookie sheets with waxed paper; set aside. In a large heavy saucepan cook and stir white chocolate and candy coating over low heat until melted and smooth. Remove from heat; cool for 5 minutes. Fold in cornflakes, pistachios, and dried cherries just until combined.
  2. Drop cereal mixture by rounded teaspoons onto the prepared cookie sheets. Chill about 1 hour or until firm.
