  • In a large skillet cook ground meat and onion on medium-high heat until meat is brown and onion is tender, using a wooden spoon to break up meat as it cooks. Drain off fat. Add curry powder; cook and stir for 1 minute.

  • Cut up any large pieces of chutney. Stir chutney, cherries, lemon juice, salt, and pepper into meat mixture. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, covered, for 5 minutes.

  • To serve, spoon meat mixture into taco shells. Use a slotted spoon to top with Feta Cheese Salsa.

Feta Cheese Salsa:
  • In a medium bowl combine 1/2 cup seeded and finely chopped tomato (1 medium), 1/3 cup finely chopped cucumber, 1/4 cup crumbled reduced-fat feta cheese (1 ounce), 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion, 1/4 cup finely chopped green sweet pepper, 1 tablespoon olive oil, and 1 tablespoon lemon juice, 1/8 teaspoon salt, and 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper.
