Packed with super foods, this comforting soup is made with smoked Gouda cheese.
In large saucepan combine potatoes and broth. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, covered, 8 minutes. Mash slightly. Add broccoli and milk; bring just to simmering.
In a bowl toss the 2 cups cheese with the flour; gradually add to soup, stirring until cheese melts. Season to taste with pepper. Top servings with with greens and, if desired, additional cheese.
