  • Drizzle 1 Tablespoon olive oil over 2 pounds cherry tomatoes; sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon each kosher salt and black pepper. Grill in a hot cast-iron skillet 5 to 10 minutes or until charred and softened. Splash with red wine vinegar.
