Directions

  1. Thaw fish, if frozen. Rinse fish; pat dry with paper towels. Cut fish into 1/2-inch pieces.
  2. In a medium bowl combine lime juice, green onion, orange peel, chile pepper, honey, and salt. Gently stir in fish. Cover and chill for 4 to 5 hours or until fish is opaque, stirring gently once or twice.
  3. Just before serving, drain fish. Stir in avocado, tomato, and cilantro. Serve in small bowls. Garnish with lime wedges.
