Cereal Milk Latte
- In a small saucepan combine half-and-half and cereal. Heat on medium until hot and cereal is very soft. Strain mixture through a fine mesh seive, pressing cereal with the back of a spoon to extract as much half-and-half as possible. Cool slightly.
- Transfer half-and-half to a pint size jar and cover. Shake vigorously for about 1 minute or until foamy. Pour mixture on top of four mugs of espresso. Garnish each serving with additional cereal.
