  • Cook cauliflower in a pot of lightly salted boiling water, covered, for 15 minutes. Drain; cool. Transfer to a food processor. Add cream cheese, feta cheese, oil, lemon juice, and salt. Process until smooth. Transfer to a bowl. Cover and chill for up to 3 days. To serve, sprinkle with snipped fresh oregano.
