Line an 8-inch square baking pan with foil, extending foil over edges of pan. In a 2-qt. saucepan heat oil, chocolate, and honey over medium-low until melted and smooth. Remove from heat. Stir in eggs and vanilla until combined. Stir in flour, baking soda, and salt until combined. Spoon into prepared pan. Bake 30 minutes or until set. Cool in pan on a wire rack.
