  • In a cocktail shaker muddle 1 sprig rosemary and the jalapeño pepper. Add carrot juice, tequila, and lime juice. Add ice cubes; cover and shake until very cold. Strain liquid into a copper mug filled with crushed ice. Add ginger beer. Garnish with remaining rosemary sprig and lime wedge.
