  • 1 cup orange juice

  • 1 cup milk or non-dairy milk

  • 1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt

  • 1 frozen, cut-up banana

  • 1 medium carrot, cooked

  • ¼ cup uncooked rolled oats

  • 2 tablespoons almond butter or sunflower seed butter


  • In a blender combine all ingredients in order given. Cover and blend until smooth.
