1 cup orange juice
1 cup milk or non-dairy milk
1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
1 frozen, cut-up banana
1 medium carrot, cooked
¼ cup uncooked rolled oats
2 tablespoons almond butter or sunflower seed butter
In a blender combine all ingredients in order given. Cover and blend until smooth.
