Add cardamom-infused gin,* cardamom-infused Dolin Blanc,* and Campari or Aperol. Fill with ice. Shake to chill. Strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with 1 Cardamom-Vanilla Roasted Orange Slice. *To infuse: Place 1 cup of gin and 3 cardamom pods in a clean canning jar. Repeat using 1 cup Dolin Blanc. Cover, label, and store at room temperature to infuse for up to 3 days. Strain and discard the cardamom. Cardamom-Vanilla Roasted Orange Slices Preheat broiler; line a baking sheet with foil. Cut orange into 1/4-inch-thick slices; place in a single layer on baking sheet. Brush lightly with vanilla paste. Sprinkle lightly with ground cardamom. Broil 4 inches from heat for 7 to 12 minutes or until oranges start to char. * To infuse gin and Dolin Blanc with cardamom, place 1 cup of each liquor in a clean canning jar.
