  1. In a small saucepan combine caramels and whipping cream. Heat over medium-low heat until melted and smooth, stirring frequently. Add coffee crystals, white chocolate, and dark chocolate; stir until smooth. Remove from heat and cool completely. Transfer to jar; cover.

TO GIVE SAUCE MIX FOR GIFT:

In a 1-pint jar layer ingredients in this order: coffee crystals, white chocolate, dark chocolate, and caramels; fasten lid. Omit whipping cream. Attach directions for making sauce, including amount of cream needed. Store jar of mix in a cool dry place for up to 1 month.
