Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a shallow baking pan with parchment paper. Arrange prosciutto in a single layer on parchment and bake 10 minutes or until crisp. Meanwhile, in a small bowl combine mayonnaise and harissa. Spread tops of each bread slice with mayonnaise mixture. Top four slices with prosciutto. Top another four slices with cantaloupe. Top cantaloupe and prosciutto with arugula.
