Line an 8-inch square baking pan with foil, extending foil over edges. Grease foil. In a medium bowl stir together graham cracker crumbs, butter, and 2 Tbsp. of the sugar. Press mixture evenly into bottom of prepared pan. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until set and golden brown. Meanwhile, in a large bowl beat mascarpone, ricotta, and the remaining 1/2 cup sugar with mixer on medium until combined. Beat in eggs, one at a time, until combined. Beat in vanilla, orange zest, and cinnamon. Pour batter over baked crust, spreading evenly. Bake about 35 minutes or until edges are golden brown and the center is nearly set. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Cool in pan on a wire rack. Cover and chill at least 2 hours before serving. Use foil to lift out uncut bars. If desired, dust with powdered sugar. Cut into bars.
