  • Using a food processor or a food grinder with a coarse blade, grind together the dried plums, whole dates, dried apricots, blanched whole almonds, and raisins. Turn ground mixture into a mixing bowl. Add the frozen orange juice concentrate and the honey or molasses; stir until well combined.
