Candy Cane Cookie Sleds

Directions

  1. Hold a candy cane so the curve of the cane is upright. Pipe royal icing along the length of the candy cane. Repeat with remaining candy cane. Place the biscuits across each cane on the royal icing, holding in place for a few seconds. Spread granulated sugar on a plate. Set the sled in the sugar and let stand to allow the icing to dry.
