Made twice, first as written except 10 minutes for the braised celery, not 20 since we prefer tender crisp rather than mushy vegetables. Second time used unsalted chicken stock for the liquid, added a sliced onion. Marginally better. A fine way to use up celery and as a lower calorie meal, but not a first choice dinner option for us. In our house, this is an adult meal, the middle school kids-- who like Chinese braised celery-- weren't that happy with it, so we added some jarred alfredo sauce for their portions.
