Shape mixture into four 3/4-inch-thick patties. In a 12-inch nonstick skillet heat oil over medium heat. Cook patties in hot oil 12 to 15 minutes or until done (165°F), turning once. In a bowl combine melted butter and the remaining 1 Tbsp. Buffalo wing sauce. Brush butter mixture on both sides of patties. Meanwhile, for blue cheese dressing, in a bowl stir together sour cream, mayonnaise, blue cheese, and green onion.
