Split and toast 1 multigrain thin sandwich roll. Meanwhile, coat a small skillet with nonstick cooking spray; heat over medium heat. Add 1 egg; cook for 4 to 6 minutes or until desired doneness, turning once. In a small bowl mash 1/8 of a peeled medium avocado with a fork. Spread mashed avocado on bottom half of sandwich roll; add 2 slices cooked turkey bacon. Add cooked egg; sprinkle with a dash ground black pepper. Add 1 slice tomato; replace top half of sandwich roll. Serve with 1 cup orange juice.
