If necessary, fill any small gaps at top of jar by adding additional candy, nuts, or miniature marshmallows. Secure lid. Include recipe directions for preparing brownies with gift. Recipe Directions: In a large bowl combine 1/2 cup butter, melted and cooled, and 2 slightly beaten eggs. Add jar contents, stirring gently until combined. Spread in a greased and floured 8x8x2-inch baking pan. Bake in a 350 degree F oven for 35 minutes. Cool in pan and cut into bars. Makes 16 brownies. Vanilla Sugar Fill a quart jar with sugar. Cut vanilla bean in half lengthwise and insert both halves into sugar. Secure lid and store in a cool dry place for several weeks before using. Will keep indefinitely. Makes 4 cups.
