  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine sugar, flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt. Place mixture in a 1-1/2-pint jar or bag. Place chopped candy bars and peanuts in separate jars or bags. Seal jars. Package jars or bags together with four 7-inch pizza pans. Store in a cool, dry place for up to 1 month. Makes enough mix for 32 brownie wedges.


To make Candy-Bar Brownie Pizzas:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Lightly grease individual pizza pans; set aside. In a medium saucepan, melt 6 tablespoons butter. Remove from heat. Stir in dry mixture (set candy and peanuts aside) and 2 slightly beaten eggs. Place one-fourth of the batter (about 1/2 cup) in the center of each of the prepared pizza pans; spread just to edges. Bake in preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until puffed and set. Sprinkle with candy and peanuts. Cool in pans on a wire rack. In a small saucepan, heat 1/4 cup caramel ice cream topping until it reaches drizzling consistency. Drizzle over cooled pizzas before serving. Cut each pizza into 8 wedges.
