In a large skillet heat butter over medium 5 minutes or until butter turns golden brown. Immediately remove from heat. Pour into a large bowl; cool 5 minutes. Add sugars, baking powder, and salt to butter; beat with a mixer on medium to high 30 seconds. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Beat in flour. Stir in oats, chopped candy bars, milk chocolate chips, and pecans (if using). Drop dough by rounded tablespoons 2 inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until light brown and centers appear set. Cool on cookie sheets 2 minutes. Remove; cool on wire racks.
