Line a 13x9-inch baking pan with foil, extending foil over edges. Lightly coat foil with cooking spray. For crust, in a food processor combine flour, granulated sugar, and 1/2 tsp. of the salt. Pulse to combine. Add cold butter; pulse until crumbly. Press evenly into the prepared pan. Bake about 15 minutes or until lightly browned. For filling, in a medium bowl lightly beat eggs. Whisk in brown sugar, melted butter, vanilla, almond extract, and the remaining 1/2 tsp. salt until combined. Pour over hot crust. Bake about 35 minutes or until filling slightly jiggles when pan is tapped. Cool in pan on a wire rack (filling will continue to set as it cools). Use foil to lift out uncut bars. Cut into bars.
