In a medium bowl place apple wedges. Drizzle with butter and toss to coat. Arrange apples in a single layer in fryer basket. In a small bowl combine pecans, brown sugar, flour, and apple pie spice. Sprinkle over apples. Cook 10 to 15 minutes or until apples are tender. Serve roasted apples over ice cream or yogurt, if desired.
