Directions

  1. Place dried cherries in a small bowl; add enough boiling water to cover cherries. Let stand about 15 minutes or until cherries are plump; drain.
  2. In a large bowl combine honey, lime peel, and lime juice. Stir in the drained cherries, grapes, apples, and kiwifruits. Serve immediately or cover and chill in the refrigerator for up to 2 hours before serving.
