Braised Broccoli with Orange Cream Sauce

Directions

  1. In a covered 4-quart Dutch oven cook broccoli and/or broccoli rabe in a small amount of boiling salted water for 8 to 10 minutes or until crisp-tender; drain. Transfer to a serving bowl.
  2. For sauce, in the same Dutch oven combine whipping cream, orange juice concentrate, and pepper; heat through. Spoon sauce over broccoli; sprinkle with almonds.
