Divide mixture between six popsicle molds. Freeze at least 2 hours or until set. Combine all ingredients for the White Layer. Divide mixture between the pop molds, on top of the red layer. Freeze at least 2 hours or until set. Combine all ingredients for the Blue Layer. Divide mixture between the pop molds, on top of the white layer. Insert pop sticks.
