Blue Cheese Mashed Potatoes
- In a 6-quart slow cooker combine potatoes and broth. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours.
- Add milk, butter, salt, and white pepper. Mash until potatoes are smooth. Stir in cheese and spinach. If desired, top with bacon. Serve immediately or keep warm, covered, on warm or low up to 2 hours.

For Easy Cleanup:
Line your slow cooker with a disposable slow cooker liner. Add ingredients as directed in recipe. Once your dish is finished cooking, spoon the food out of your slow cooker and simply dispose of the liner. Do not lift or transport the disposable liner with food inside.
