Preheat oven to 400 degrees F with a pizza stone on the bottom rack.
Roll the pizza dough out to a 14 to 16-inch round and poke holes around the dough with fork. Place directly on preheated pizza stone and bake about 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, in a small saucepan bring cream just to a boil. Stir in pesto and grated Parmesan cheese just until thickened. Spread onto baked pizza crust and sprinkle with mozzarella cheese, tomatoes, and bacon.
Bake 5 to 8 minutes more or until cheese is melted and crust is browned.
